We use these seven things, and which entry point you started from, only to reply to you and to consider a partnership. Entry points come from a short fixed list, such as Home, a project page or serras.ai. We never link the page that sent you or the pages you opened to you or your introduction.

Only the Serras team handles introductions; providers are in the United States.

We delete every copy of your introduction 30 days after we receive it unless you reply to us or we talk. If we do talk, we delete every copy 90 days after the last real exchange; a later exchange restarts that period. A reply from us alone does not count as talking.
