# Privacy https://serras.ventures/privacy How an introduction sent through this site is handled. On this page: What we collect, Who handles it, How long we keep it, Measurement, Your requests. ## What we collect An introduction has seven things: your name, email, company or idea, customer problem, current stage, founder or domain experience, and an optional product or deck link. We use them, and which entry point you started from, only to reply to you and to consider a partnership. Entry points come from a short fixed list, such as Home, a project page or serras.ai. We never link the page that sent you or the pages you opened to you or your introduction. A link you include stays text. We never fetch, preview or open it automatically. ## Who handles it Only the Serras team handles introductions. Serras handles your introduction as described on this page. Our providers are in the United States. ## How long we keep it We delete every copy of your introduction 30 days after we receive it unless you reply to us or we talk. If we do talk, we delete every copy 90 days after the last real exchange; a later exchange restarts that period. A reply from us alone does not count as talking. A reply from you, or a conversation we both attend, does. Deletion covers every copy: mail, our contact record, the sending service, logs, exports and backups. We keep only a minimal note that an introduction was completed, without its content. A signed partnership agreement is kept under that agreement; it does not keep the introduction. ## Measurement This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no advertising features. We record which entry point an introduction started from and count, without identifying anyone, how often a link to a venture's own site is followed. The SafeTrekr video loads from YouTube only when you press play; YouTube's own privacy terms then apply. ## Your requests To see or delete what you sent, email ventures@serras.ai.
